Sleep better – avoid illness

Sleep is indispensable and an essential prerequisite for our health. And yet, despite getting enough hours of sleep, many people do not feel properly rested in the morning. Apparently, sleep and healthy sleep are two different things — regardless of the amount of time spent asleep. We are convinced that a nightly increase in cellular energy is what truly transforms sleep into regenerative sleep. The body’s own energy production takes place in our mitochondria — the power stations of the cells. These can be particularly damaged by the stresses of the day, leading to a drop in energy levels. Our "batteries" then remain empty or are only inadequately recharged if the cells cannot regenerate properly during the night. Cells can only stabilise, repair, or renew themselves with optimal sleep (regenerative sleep). When this happens, waking up does not feel exhausting or paralysing — instead, you can start the day with energy and vitality. Kleinsche Fields medical technology was developed to support healthier cell function, optimise the body’s own energy production, and promote natural self-healing processes. Our 30 years of research and development have shown that regenerative sleep is often the key.
Sleep regeneratively - live better!
Kleinsche Fields for your basic health
During sleep, our body is constantly renewing itself — more precisely, our cells. Through continuous division, repair and regeneration, the trillions of cells in our body keep themselves young and, in turn, keep us healthy. Regenerative sleep is therefore the only natural state of the body that acts as a source of strength, a memory booster, and even as protection against depression, while also caring for our appearance. During this time, the body’s own healing processes can unfold: the immune system is strengthened and fights off pathogens, skin cells are renewed and wounds heal, muscles can regenerate, and the heart can recover. Our brain also processes the day's information during sleep, improving concentration and responsiveness. Our overall well-being, our appearance, and how fit and young we feel therefore depend largely on the health of our cells. When cells are optimally nourished, they maintain an active metabolism, which acts like a true fountain of youth. Active cells help the skin look fresher, boost overall metabolism, and support better detoxification. However, for cells to remain active day and night, they must maintain a natural micro-tension. Without this tension, they lose their vitality. The gentle magnetic fields generated by Kleinsche Fields technology have been specially designed to support the cells in maintaining their natural tension, promoting active cell metabolism and optimal cellular performance.
The BioRelax Mattress topper is designed to enhance cell performance across a large surface area and for many hours to enable regenerative sleep. For daytime support, BioRelax insoles are the ideal companion, providing energy and vitality from morning until night.
Persistently poor sleep can make you ill in the long term.
Regenerative sleep needs healthy mitochondria
On average, people spend around a third of their lives sleeping — or at least trying to sleep. Current studies show that sleep quality is declining globally. Often, our own lifestyle habits are to blame, but there are also numerous environmental factors that significantly impair the quality of our rest. It's not just bright and artificial light in the evening or the consumption of caffeine that can disrupt the body’s natural biorhythm. High levels of stress, environmental toxins, medication, smoking, alcohol, electrosmog and particulate matter can all place stress on cell activity, cell regeneration and cell performance — and may overwhelm the body’s natural repair mechanisms.
The power stations of the cell — the mitochondria — are particularly vulnerable. If they are unable to regenerate overnight, our internal batteries stay empty, and our ability to produce energy is reduced. Mitochondria are responsible for producing the essential energy carrier ATP (adenosine triphosphate) for the cell. Without enough ATP, cells can no longer properly repair or renew themselves. They begin to age — and so does the body. In the long term, this can not only cause premature ageing but also lead to a wide range of complaints and illnesses.
BioRelax products with Kleinsche Fields technology are believed to have a positive effect on mitochondria. Renowned mitochondrial researcher Prof. Dr Brigitte König has demonstrated through studies and measurements that Kleinsche Fields can support mitochondrial regeneration and significantly increase ATP production. For our body, this means: the more energy the mitochondria can produce, the more efficient our cells become — and the more effectively nightly repair and healing processes can take place.

Simply lie down — no switches, no settings. Supporting your health with the BioRelax Matress topper really is that effortless. Kleinsche Fields act across a wide area, reaching the whole body. Like a natural recharging and regeneration station, your cells can take full advantage of the night to "refuel" and restore their energy. By aiming to increase mitochondrial energy production, your cells can be supported in their performance and regeneration — for restful sleep and a revitalised start to the day. The user doesn’t need to think about a thing; the process runs entirely on its own. We, along with thousands of satisfied users, are thrilled with this natural, effortless way to support nightly regeneration.
More than just a sleep mask
New! The BioRelax® eye mask
Supporting blood circulation and promoting relaxation is particularly important in the forehead and eye area. The BioRelax eye mask can be worn either as a short unit during the day or as a sleeping mask at night. With its unusually soft and thick material (single jersey fabric), it lies comfortably on the face. The generous fit ensures maximum darkness. This makes it the perfect companion when travelling.
Questions & answers
Does Kleinsche Fields technology work for all people?
Yes, the physical effect of Kleinsche Fields occurs in every person, regardless of age or state of health. So you always have the certainty that Kleinsche Fields work for you and those around you. It is ultimately a simple physical process, not a matter of belief. When the blood with its + and – ions circulates over the constantly alternating + and – poles of Kleinsche Fields, a reaction must take place.
What magnetic field strength do Kleinsche Fields have?
As a principle of action, Kleinsche Fields vary their field strength within a surface. Depending on the product and distance from the body, the incoming magnetic flux density moves between 1 - 30 mT.
- T (Tesla): ~ 0.001 - 0.03
- mT (Millitesla): ~ 1 - 30
- Gauss: ~ 10 - 300
- µT (Microtesla): ~ 1,000 - 30,000
Explanation: The term magnetic field strength commonly used in everyday speech is technically called “magnetic flux density”. Previously, magnetic flux density was specified in Gauss. Today it is measured in Tesla. With 1 - 30 mT, Kleinsche Fields generate a measurable field height of a maximum of approx. 3 cm.
Important! Differences from electromagnetic fields (EMF): Although electromagnetic fields (EMF) are measured in the same unit Tesla, they nevertheless differ fundamentally from a static permanent magnetic field. At the same measured field strength, the radiation from electromagnetic fields reaches many times further, which can have undesirable effects.
Myth of magnetic field strength: A misconception held by uninformed people is that the higher the magnetic field strength, the greater the effect. Some dubious providers of magnetic products take advantage of this and suggest a correspondingly good effect on the body with high field strengths.
Is the effect scientifically proven and are there studies on Kleinsche Fields?
Yes, there are already several studies, measurements and investigations on Kleinsche Fields. In them, various influences and improvements on different health factors were examined and significant changes documented. Learn more about this in the Studies area.
